南创咨询（上海、北京）有限责任公司 暨 南大驻中国办公室简介

南创咨询（上海）有限公司是新加坡南洋理工大学于2004年全资在华设立的机构，总部在上海，并在北京设立办事处，主要协助南大及下属各学院/项目组完成其在中国的科研及会议活动等。随着大学发展战略的调整，北京办事处于2012年3月变更为南创咨询（上海）有限公司全额投资、财务独立运行的子公司，全称为南创咨询（北京）有限公司。同年12月， 南创咨询（北京）有限公司在广州设立南大广州办事处。

南创咨询（上海、北京）有限公司暨新加坡南洋理工大学驻中国办公室的主要工作是推动南大与中国各界的交流合作，特别是关键领域内的战略合作，促进南大在华的知识转移、知识转化，加强与南大校友的紧密联系，为南大高层领导来华交流访问和南大各种在华活动提供行政和后勤支持，并充分利用南大世界一流的科研力量和人才资源为中国各界政府、企业和社会机构提供国际水准的高端咨询服务。

目前南创咨询暨南大中国办公室的中国境内团队，分别常驻在上海、北京、广州三地。总部在上海。

A brief introduction of Nanyang Venture Consulting (Shanghai/Beijing) Co. Ltd. (NVC China) / NTU China Office (NTU@China)

To promote the exchange with Chinese counterparts and provide strategic support for NTU’s engagements with China, NTU set up a wholly-owned affiliation company, the Nanyang Venture Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (NVC Shanghai), in 2004, followed by the NVC Beijing and its liaison office in Guangzhou same year. They are collectively called NVC China in short and headquartered in Shanghai.

NVC China plays the role of NTU China Office (NTU@China). Its mission is to promote NTU’s academic, research and student exchanges and collaborations with Chinese counterparts, to engage with NTU alumni across China and to provide local supports for NTU’s activities in China, particularly to NTU China Convocation and high-level visits by senior NTU management members. NTU@China will strive to be NTU’s platform in China for technology transfer, research cooperation, information collection, news release, project matching, public relations; admission and executive programs’ promotions. NTU China will also provide high-level consultancy services for Chinese clients, especially government, higher education and research institutions, and business organizations, in the areas of science and technology, public policy and governance, international security, and business management.

Currently our China teams are stationed in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. The Headquarter is located in Shanghai.
